Default Gumball vs Strikers vs Krypto Route 70s

Right now I have a good deal on some gumballs that are 76mm/78a, Strikers that are 66mm/81a, and Krypto Route 70's that are 70mm/78a.

If I wanted to do some sliding, which of these wheels would be my best bet?

Right now I'm on Gravity Burner Wheels that are 66mm/80a and sliding is tearing them up.

    Thanks,
    Dennis

strikers. gumballs are sticky, built for traction. krypto's are getting low reviews since they changed their thane. Some elements you want to look for in a slideable wheel. Round edges, narrower contact patch and a harder durometer >83.
You haven't mentioned what type of riding, tech sliding, drifting, etc....so its hard to tell.
There is a llt of good info here, use the search function.
PS check my sig for a great set of driftable amazing wheels for a good price

Don't forget though that strikers are side set, and therefore will cone quicker than offset or CS wheels.

Harder duro Gumballs can be a good all round wheels and slide when you want.

I've just binned a set of coned Otangs that had loads or wear left, but were so coned I couldn't stand them on my board. Thinking of going back to CS Flywheels.

    YOU DID WHAT?!?!??!

Coned wheels are the best! They ride way nicer than unconed ones for funtimes riding. Don't bin them! Sell them off super cheap to groms or give them to me! A wheel ain't dead until it's DEAD.

I have the 78a Gumballs. Plenty of grip when you need it. Slides pretty good when you want it to.

I have noticed that while they do slide pretty good, they chatter quite a bit.

If you get them, you wont be sad.

Thanks a lot guys. So right now I guess I'm leaning towards the gumballs or the strikers.

I won't use them exclusively for sliding. I'll also want to cruise/bomb a bit with them. I'm also a big carver. What are your thoughts now on the best choice?

I'll do some searches as well.

    Thanks,
    Dennis

If you can fit the 76mm of a Gumball then they are all win for what you describe.
