76mm flys. I got them in 75a which was bit soft for my first wheel, but maybe something a little harder and I think you'd be set.

Id have to say pink powerballs. Otang purple thane wheels are too slidey, and radiused zigzags are still too grippy.

another vote for 4prez or Earthwing Smokers.........and fly's (they're a bit on the drifty side though).

Also, Seismic blastwaves broken in on a dropped board (on my Evo they rock, every other board they've sucked ass) are a really cool wheel. They feel like they're slipping all the time but they're not, and when you go to slide, they give a little resistance and then poof you're sliding

81a Flashies get my vote, small enough for most topmount setups with minimal riser.

A predictable ride with pretty consistent slide characteristics.

Good wear properties.

Inexpensive.
