I'm not opposed to trying other bearings, and I have a few others in mind (Biltins, etc.), but I really want personal results with Bones and would appreciate targeted feedback just on the Bones brand.
I'm not willing to shell out over $100 for bearings, no matter how good they claim to be, but I'm willing to give up about $50 if they're worth the ride I get. I need speed for cruising, and durability for carving and slides.
I've had good experience with my Reds. But I was wondering if anyone's tried the Super Reds and if they actually are better or just a more expensive version of the regular Reds?
Also between Swiss and Labyrinth, does the extra shield on the Labyrinths do anything to help keep the dirt out or is it not worth the couple extra bucks? And Super Swiss 6, can you really tell a difference in the 6 ball vs. 7?
Re: Bones Super Reds, Swiss, Labyrinth, or Super 6
6 ball is the best

Re: Bones Super Reds, Swiss, Labyrinth, or Super 6
Old Topic, but if you really wanna spend extra - I second the 6 ball, otherwise just get Reds - you'd be suprised how many skaters consider Reds to be top of the line, just take care of them and they will last a real long time.
