Re: Which bearings are fastest? (of these-->)
If you are wanting to go FAST, a good or bad tuck will far out weigh any difference in speed between any of those in a new condition.
Even wheel durometer will make more difference.

I have RII 180's
and some cheap bearings at the moment.
Im considering getting new bearings because my wheels rattle so much, but I don't know if its cause of the bearings. :P
why yes, my avatar is a picture of sector 9 ceramic bearings. why isn't yours? please neg rep me if you haven't already.
I HAVE LOTS AND LOTS OF FICTIONAL SKATEBOARDS. THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Buy some spacers and tighten your nuts down. If you take care of any bearings, they will be as fast as any others. (Clean them, lube them, and don't ride through puddles.) Remember long free spin time does not equal a faster bearing.
Spacers are an inexpensive way to reduce slop, save your bearings, and make your wheels perform better.
With a dropthrough deck that has rubber "risers" under the baseplate, rubber washers by the nuts, spacers, White Lithium Greased bearings, and cranked down nuts, my setup is entirely silent on smooth concrete, and only a fraction as loud as friends' topmounts on rough pave with old bearings and no spacers and no soft risers.
