Weird wheel question but..

Hey,

I have 83mm 75a flywheels, just wondering if they were to wear down, would they eventually become identical to say, 76mm wheels? (so they could be used for pumping wheels etc). Or is there a difference in how big the plastic is on the inside, contact patch etc.

They are the same except for the diameter/depth of urethane. Here are the specs:
