Stimulus help

I bought some o tangs stimulus about 2 weeks ago, I've been doing some shuvits and just a few speed check slidey things. I'm worried that the wheels already have some minor coning as I payed a lot for them cause im in new zealand... Is this normal, will it stop

My experience with them is once the initial coning starts they stay pretty much the same for a long time. They cone easy but then last for a good while after that.

Assuming that you won't be pulling a pendy every 100 feet lol, they should last all spring/summer. My last set last me from June till September last year and that was with a lot of carving and DH. I didn't slide them a ton but enough to be worked in. The local shop owner skated a set for a year on his commuter deck and they were coned but still going strong. If you plan on making like one of these insane stand up sliders that pull lots of 15ft standies every few minutes they won't last long. Most wheels wouldn't though. I read a lot of hate towards the lasting power of these wheels but most of it is just word of mouth copied off of the few guys that actually shredded these to the core. They are legit wheels. Expensive but legit.

depends how you slide, what pavement you skate and your weight.

if you got them from the right place you didnt pay alot for them only the change from us to nz dolars make them seem expensive. boarderlines.co.nz is best.
