Nooo! my new gumballs are chunking! who should i contact?

so i just bought some 78a gumballs from a reputable online store, got em in the mail on friday. took em for a quick spin on saturday and was loving em.

so today i went downtown and did about 10km of riding, carving and lots of pumping. when i got home i discovered a gash about 1/2 deep and about 3 1/2 inchs around the circumfrance on one wheel, and two big slices on another.

iv only riden them for about 3-4 hours and im totally peeves about this since my flashies in 88a never did this to me, even after sliding and the whole nine yards.

heres my questions. 1. who should i contact about this? the company i got em from, or chris from abec-11? whos gonna help me more, if that is at all possible.

2. can it be fixed? or is it more of a temparary measure, and not a long term fix?
