Default new wheels for my landy dh

    hey guys
I think its about time for new wheels. Too much sliding on my hawgs has left them flatted and slow. My buddy on his sector 9 bamboo burst with some 70mm s9 wheels wasted me down this mountain run today. I had brand new bearings too. Anyways im liken the larger wheel so ive been thinking about the 90 fly's. I will be doing as little sliding as possible so i won't run into the problem i had with my hawgs. I was wondering what duro you would recomend. The guys at landyachtz recomended I go with a harder duro in the front and somthing softer in the back. They said they could do a split duro for the flywheels at no extra charge. I think id go with a 78a in the front and a 75a in the back. What do u think? I want somthing that will grip around the corners, yet drift predictably. Any other wheel suggestions are welcom aswell.
    thanks

I've always thought 83-85 was kind of the sweet spot for most purposes on a speed board.

Whichever size you decide on, I would get them in 78a or 81a, depending on the road conditions and your weight.

My 78a's have never been a problem cornering, except on the worst of roads.

im around 140. Cornering on my hawgs was never really a problem. Sometimes i wish i had a bit more grip though. The road conditions i ride on really vary. I use my dh for when we go out bombing though. Mountain roads and such. the roads we do arn't extremely horrible but every once in awhile you run into a really ugly stretch.

Well, 78a Flywheels will grip WAY better than the Hawgs ever will (hawgs are supposedly 78a, right?)

I guess I would get 81a, but I weight 210lbs, and I like my wheels a bit harder anyway, so 75a-78a should be a decent setup for you.
