Default Manx 78a vs Avalons 74a

somebody knows the best grip wheel between manx 78a and avalons 74a?
I have manx, very good grip. But many people use avalons trimmed for grip. I will use for carve on flatland, in low speed.
Which best option manx or avalons (for grip)?

    here's a great article on grip. http://www.slalomskateboarder.com/ph...pic.php?t=3003

i also used to think that trimmed avalons gripped better, but they actualey grip less....i still use trimmed because if they do slide they slide more predictably. if you slide un-trimmed avalons you die....

I've Manx in 84/80 and trimmed Turner Avalons (4mm trim) in 80/85... For this slalom newb, they're damn near the same. I think the Avalons are a touch grippier and slide a little more predictable than the Manx, but then again I am just a bit new at this.

from my experiences 74a avalons (untrimmed) grip better than 80a manx.
