    Default Amazing new Cadillac Wheels

I think I mentioned these were coming down the pike soon in some other thread...anyway:

56mm, 92a, take cartridge bearings, and produced by Madrid, which owns the licensing name for Cadillac Wheels (from Nasworthy) and Cadillac trucks.

They're real. The hardness is 91 (92?) because there's no core. A little on the hard side, if you ask me...

Sliding? Or just a novelty? Either way, it would be sweet to have a set or two.

Seems bit soft to run w/o a core.... but what do I know.

When you get around 85a or below, keeping your bearings in the right place can be tricky.

I'd prefer a softer wheel with a hub/core (say, like BertZ).

When did Madrid start making roller skate wheels?

Well, I love 92 thane.. but for the whole retro deal i want a little more grip.. like an 84-88 range.. but the size(mm) is perfect!

the color beats BertZ tho.. but probably only in that aspect.

    Oh, mannnnnnnnn...

Do I have to explain everything? It's an ad from a 1970's Skateboarder Magazine. The wheels are real, the ad is real...old.

Yeah, I agree: the Caddys seem a little hard to me, too.
