Personally, I don't like rolling around on the 66's I currently have. I say go with 70's, and get a harder duro. But that's just me.

66 mm's wear away real fast, too, so don't get fat frees. They'll be gone in a month or two if you ride 'em enough.

What about 66mm strikers? Im looking for a smaller wheel so I dont get wheel bite but I want one with a decent amount of grip but that can also slide nicely.

The 66mm striker is the same wheel as the 66mm freeride

Those wheels are all too large for a mini. Get some nimble 62mm Alligators or 61mm Street Snakes.

So general consensus is abec wheels 66mm and under. And @ enemy combatant can you tell me how the street snakes grip?

They have round lips and don't have that wide of a contact patch. If you want grip get 'gators.

I want something with a fair amount of grip that I can slide when going down hills commuting.

Snakes are good. So are 60mm NoSkoolz and 62mm Mid-Tsunamis.

So those will work well for what I want then Cause I only really want to slide to slow down so it will mostly be speed checks.
