    how do i get my bearings safely out of wheels?

    Okay heres the steps that I do, if you know most of this sorry.

    1.Take the wheel off of the hanger
    2. Put the lip of the hanger inside of the bearing at an angle and slowly pry the bearing off.

    Do not try and poke the bearing out using a screw driver or anything else that will fit through it and poke it out. trust me it wont work very well andyou'll just end up with a bent in sheild.

    Thats my advice. Or whatever.
