they can't be used on s6's, i know that much, they rub cause they are center set... i dunno about on s10s though, but if they rub, just lathe down the inner lip type thing so they dont... that will fix it...
anyways, they slide like ICCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEEEEE, and if your not careful, can be tough to control, but I love them, fast and smooth sliding, not rough one bit

I hate them for sliding wheels, they grip up to fast due to the wide contact patch and they flatspot pretty easily. They aren't bad park wheels, but there are better choices.

I agree with this man. I have some too, and i dont like to slide them either. Everything he said is right. They are alright in the skatepark, thats where i usually take 'em.

this doesnt even make sense... did you buy them as sliding wheels? why would they slide out when you are bombing a hill? why are you even bombinh a hill on 96a no skoolz? when you go down a hill getting speed to go into a slide, its not like you are ripping hard carves and need grip. There is such a thing as a multi purpose wheel, but 96a noskoolz arent one of them.

I found that my 92a noskoolz gripped better than my 78a's. Odd.

sorry guys, but if you say that no skoolz flatspot easy, you gotta be doing something wrong. I have been using them for a season so far with no worries. They slide like ice, only grip up fast if you make them.....and if you slide slow. They only flatspot if you stop your wheels from spinning...so i guess you are doing colemans and thats it.
I would highly recommend these as sliding wheels.

I flatspotted a set in a day, no joke.
I was doing big long sweeping pendelums, one footers, two wheelers and whatnot at about 25-30 mph.
I never said they didn't work, I just prefer a generic shortboard type wheel for sliding. They slide longer, I can usually predict the grip and they spin faster when doing 360's.

Well I should prob get another board then one for sliding and one for bombing.. I usually use one board for everything and that's true I can go into a slide but somtimes my friends and I njoy a day of downhilling. What wheel would you reccomend for sliding then because I talked to malakaikingston and he said to get those. About the wheels hitting I have really high risers and the wheels I had before were 65mm too.

Whenever I compare ANY generic shortboard wheel to my rainskates, the shortboard wheels always slide soo much easier... but in a downhill 'on shortboards' race, my wheels always send me flying infront of everyone else, no contest.
Hmm.... I am starting to not like my 98a rainskate hornets. They used to slide very well, but now that they are worn down, they are very grippy, and the contact path is WIIDE. Now I don't like them for sliding wheels. Do Sergio sliders and abec11 noschools do this??
-
You know what?? I take that back!! I love my rainskates now! I just rounded out the sides of the wheels with a belt sander, and holy crap do they SLIDE LIKE MAD NOW.... I love it.

the no skoolz will be fine for sliding, and a bigger, softer wheel will work for bombing

There were several riders, from Canada, Arizona and California that used No Skoolz in SlideFest. Somebody on Coast posted they they think their NoSkoolz flat spot less than their Sergios, others post the opposite.

I'm sure it depends on your bearings and what type of sldies you do the most.

i dont think it has anything to do with bearings, or what slides you do. it has to do with how you slide. i have never flatspotted anything, but some people flatspot everything they can get their hands on.

Sure does have something to do with your bearings. NinjitsuMethod there in the photo is one of the Ninja Bomb Squad that switched over to Biltins for sliding after they realized the bearings wouldn't lock up or detonate during hard lateral slides. Look at that dude: he's moving fast, he's heavy and he puts a lot of force on the deck.
It's moves like that where wheels without spacers tend to lock up or break bearings.

sounds like a little bit of both then.
