    Default De-Solv-It

    So I'm lookin' to clean the ol' bearings and discovered that although I am out of paint thinner, I do have a large bottle of De-Solv-It Industrial Formula MultiPurpose Solvent.

    Anyone know if this will work properly?

    edit: the active ingredient is limonene...if that means anything to anyone

    Yes, it will work but it's citrus based so after you let the bearings soak in it, clean them with mineral spirits or something similar and let it dry by evaporation.
