Has anybody ridden these wheels before? I`m interested in 69mm slalom shaped ones. They`re affordable 78a and look kinda like zig zags so if there isn`t something very wrong with the urethane formula these should be decent race wheels.
the inner lips look beweled so they should slide somewhat decent as well.

The lip shape is different from zig-zags = slightly beveled instead of sharp. The outer lip also seems to flex a lot more than Zigs. I think they only come in 78A, so there's no option to change duros for different slalom courses. They're nice & they ride fine for general stuff, but I don't know anyone who's using them as a specialist race wheel.

I've no experience with these wheels, so I could be completely wrong, but clear wheels tend to be a little plastic-y and bad.

I know they come only in one duro, but I was thinking about as a DH race wheel not slalom.

holy thread revival batman!

Well, I've recently bought those wheels, and will toss up a proper review once i wear them down a little more. Until then, I can surely say that:

1. it took longer to break them in compared to my other set of 80a 70mm otangs
2. great grip at speeds of around 25mph (no hills around here so that's kind of my top speed so far)
3. im no awesome rider, having picked up this sport only last year, but somehow sliding is a bitch on the wefunks. And by sliding i mean control and maneuvering in frontside / backside powerslides. this may be mostly due to my lack of experience but I feel more confident on the otangs. Again, i might have to wear them down a little more before coming to a conclusion on this matter
