Bearing Spacer Size

I need to buy a certain size bearing spacer. It need to be 10mm Diameter and 8mm Width. What would the dimensions be? Would it be 10x8 or 8x10?

Only if your running old Kryptos or Hesher Snowballs on Surf-Rodz, Bear 1052s, or something like that.

What we're saying is:
-Common trucks (Randals, Paris, Bear 852s, etc) have 8mm axles.
-Most wheels have 10mm length spacers.
If you specify diameter and length (e.g. 8mm diameter and 10mm length) you won't get into this 8x10 or 10x8 stuff.
If you are trying to order from Daddies, it looks like they put the diameter 1st and the length 2nd.
