    Default Loose Bearing?

Was switching some swiss into my S9 BH wheels and one was the usual tight fit, the other popped right in and can actually fall out... Problem? It has a spacer but I am worried it may be able to get misaligned? I guess ill just make it a bit tighter (the axle nut)...

Put one wheel on the truck, made it about as tight as I could (normally I leave a little room) and I think the spacer was just a little larger then the wheels built in bearing spacer so the bearings are straight but can shift in the wheel just a tiny bit... Problem?

Well, It's not optimal. but I've had it happen myself on a few wheels and they run ok.
If it's only a mil' or so you can probably ignore it. But.
I would definitely advise against going fast that way.

Have you noticed any of your spacers being deformed?
Although that usually only happens by over tightening...

    Well, this is a speedboard...

Umm they look fine, would it be better to run it a little tigher without the spacers? I dont want it loose because the bearings could come out of parallel alignment and thats not good... Thats what spacers are for in the first place. Visually you cant see the movment, atleast not easily. But you can feel it and most noticable is the audioble click of it shifting and then hitting the wheel spacer and stopping...

I've sanded down spacers before. It's not the best solution but it works.

I could just not use the spacer...

Guys the spacer isnt the issue, so without the spacer would I be better off? I would still need to make it reasonably tight to keep the two bearings together (they fit loosly in the wheel)...
