Dont know about the 81mm nineballs but I really really like my 81mm S9 bombhills. The 80a (vs. 75a) is super fast and smooth and very quiet. I havent pushed it into a serious drift but it seems like on smooth surfaces it would slide decently...

So dont take my word on garage specific wheels but for general speedboarding the S9 BH 81mm 80a is a sweet wheel.

My favorite garage-bombing wheel is the 75a Speed Vent in the 77mm size. It feels like it slingshots you out of corners.

Well as I said for DH its an awesome wheel, no idea about garages though... Is a grippy wheel better? Then maybe the 75a version is best, I run the harder 80a on my demonseed...
