setting up a board for bigger wheels
I have a sector9 goddess board, and I wanted to get some bigger wheels for it, but i noticed that the stock wheels 70mm give a little bit of wheel bite, so anyways my question is there a general rule i can use to buy the right size risers when i upgrade the wheels?

Put in some wheel wells, or cutouts.

Re: setting up a board for bigger wheels
we could make up some general statement, but there are so many factors --
the geometry/angle of the truck,
the length of the axle,
whether the deck has concave or not that lifts the edges up to give clearance,
cutouts or not,
hardness of bushings and therefore turniness,
your weight and whether board can flex downward...
...so where the wheels could actually bite into the deck vary quite a lot. i'd just get a set of 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 inch risers in both flat and angled, then you're set to tune your deck and have some leftovers for your next one.
