HELP! Which wheel's should I buy?

Hey,
The pictures are when i first got my board (late last year) and it has a bit more wear and tear now. I love this board, but then again i havent tried many others.
Anyway, im looking to buy some new wheels since these are huge umm.. 88mm hawgs? Im thinking something like the abec11 Gumball's or Flashback's or something.
I do a bit of downhill and cruising.. and carving.. so pretty much looking for something stable (lessen the chance of speed wobbles?), durable and fast... and smooth.. Damnit.
If someone could help that would be great.

Randal II 180's (i have no idea but something along those lines)
and abec 7 sealed bearings (should i maybe buy some more bearings as well since i havent changed them since i got the board? or maybe just clean them?)

Gumballs are a great wheel, IMO
Flashbacks don't grip that well, which goes both for and against them.
Grippins are the traction wheel of choice. Unless you step up to ZigZag's, speed Vents, and the slalom family in general... also IMO

As far as wobbles go. Turn your angled risers 180 degrees.
That will effect your stability more than your wheel choice. perhaps just the tail if you want to preserve some turn.

are you're gumballs the same duro?

oh, I've ridden 78 gum and 75 flash.
and I haven't run them both on the same board, which is something that counts against my opinion...

The S9 GOS wheels are hard to beat for the price. I love them and I've never heard any bad things about them. They're fast and grip great, but I can slide them quite well. You can't go wrong with ABEC11, but the GOS are a great wheel too and arount $15 cheaper.

I also suggest you get rid of those angled risers. R2's and angled risers feel strange. try just a regular 1/4" soft riser instead. I think you'll like it better.

Ok thanks a heap guys.
After half a year of use, should i clean the bearings? I'm assuming so.
Ill see if i can get my hand on some normal risers, they should'nt cost much..?

If you are too lazy to open up and clean the sealed bearings (like me), then perhaps you should get some bones reds bearings for around $15 to go with your new wheels.

75a-81a is how I like my gumballs.. Go for 81 if you want something a bit more slideable, or 75a for the smoothest ride in longboarding history. I prefer the 81a's

yeah, I ride 83a bigzigs(basically gumballs with reflex thane) and I bust huge slides when ever I need to.

these guys are good, they got some stuff you can't get in the US. If you ever feel the need to get some skyhooks try the vikings, they are awesome

Alright so im gonna order some 76mm, 81A Abec11 Gumball's and my friend is also ordering some 76mm, 77A Pink Gumball's (I think) if someone could tell me what these are and how different they are from the gumballs that would be great.

What do you think? All good for what kind of riding we are going to do?

they're not very different from regular gumballs, the difference is in the urethane. Abec 11 makes some of there high performance wheels in what is called reflex urethane ( used in big zigs, pink gumballs, and zig zags) which is supposed to be grippier and faster than any other urethane, I think it is. Either way they're both awsome wheels, just get the one you want.
