New wheels

I ride a m1 kracked skull board and I think it's time for new wheels because they (70s flashback) have worn down considerably, I don't care about price much and I mostly ride downhill and cruise the streets. What wheel and durometer would you reccomend. Also I plan on cleaning my bearings and putting them in the new wheels, what wheels and durometer should I get?

to a certain extent it's pretty much just preference and you should try all different types. i'm not familiar with your board, but for the style riding i would say anywhere from 70 to 80mm -depends on clearance/how many risers you wanna ride - and the softer the duro, the smoother and grippier the ride. hope this helps

Lime Big Zigs or Pink Gumballs. also just regular Zig Zags either pink or lime (78a, 80a) will work very well. If you're not a lip person the pink powerballs or just good old fashioned 76mm 78a flywheels will be very good.
