That depends on your weight, and how stiff you like your trucks, and how you ride. If you want to get it as low as possible without wheel bite, experimentation is your best option.

i have 94a 60mm noskools on a 8.25 blank. they match up perfectly with the sides with 139mm independent trucks. i run 1/4" risers and with pretty loose trucks.

For risers, I would just get two pairs of 1/8 risers. 1/4 should be good, but with the two 1/8's you could go lower by just removing one riser if you're not getting bite.

I have no first hand experience with these wheels, but they seems like they'd be perfect for putting together a street deck with a softer ride.

Has anyone ridden these? How are they?

I use a set of 81a on my pool deck when I want a soft ride for the street, it is a fun set up.
169s and shock pads, had to tighten my front truck just a bit but I ride really loose trucks.

I use Indys just like at the park. I swap the wheels and give the king pin a turn thats it.

I just put some 58mm wheels on mine with indys with hard bones bushings, I needed an 1/8th inch riser, but I weigh ~210lbs.

Also I would look into getting some softer bushings, I have some generic skate truck design trucks which have very soft (probably around 88-90a) bushings and feel like a smaller longboard truck. I run them on a board which used to have gullwing mission 1's but with the new trucks its lower to the ground and rides nice.

I'm about to throw some 65mm no skools on a trickdeck, no risers.

I'll probably end up having to crank the kingpin down hard to avoid wheelbite and still add a couple 1/8th inch risers. (1/4th total)

...and still, I'll probably have to kickturn to avoid wheelbite!

maybe try looking into the earthwing 56mm superballs if you want something small yet sticky. I beleive they are 81a? but dont quote me on that

Hey something else that you can do to avoid having to slap on huge risers is make some cutouts or sand in some wheel wells

With reasonable trucks 1/8" would be fine. If you wanna get really loose go with 1/4".
