How do i open these bearings?

I bought some no brand bearings but I cant see how to get them open. They seem to have shields on both sides but not the normal shields with a c-ring you can pick out. On each side theres 9 segments around the outside edge of the bearing but it doesnt look like you can pop them out. I've had the bearings for a few months and theyve started to make a sound and theyre a bit dirty so I need to clean them.

Here's a picture of the bearing. It's exactly the same on both sides.

just kill one of them getting it off.
and run that one on the inside after cleaning / re-lubing.

It's easiest to do with a big pin or a little blade. Just try not to stab yourself

or mangle the inside.
oh and start on the inside of the shield. Where there's a gap.
