I've found searching the forums works best if you limit to "Search Titles Only" also search phrases aren't very helpful in search engines, take out all extraneous words and stick to the basic keywords. Another method to use is typing T.V.A.R or Karrot into the member search and changing the search area to "Threads started by user."
