Once they got down to like 55ish mm I radiused them on a grinder. I love Powerballs so much, the smaller they get the more fun they are.

I've been sliding a set of powerballs all summer, admittedly i don't slide that much, but they're at ~67mm now.

I weigh 135, and slide mainly on relatively smooth stuff too.

My sergios flatspotted pretty badly but gravity said they'd sell me a discounted replacement set. I've got lime retro freerides also and mine have only worn about 2 mm over a month. I haven't been riding them a ton but I've done a fair amount of freeride. I weigh 130 and I basically only freeride on smooth pavement if that makes much of a difference at all. I also only do standups and slide shuvits on them opposed tohands down sliding if that makes a differnce also.

wear rate is pretty subjective, and varies greatly from rider to rider
if you ride flashy's hard, they'll cone significantly in a day and maybe last a month or so
they'll last as long as you want them to... but its not terribly difficult to take off millimeters of 'thane

My 75a flashbacks got 10mm smaller in 3 hours yesterday. I'll try to core them today!
They wear terribly fast, but slide smoother and more predictable than any other wheel I've tried.

flashbacks are cheep so you really dont need to worry about them wearing too quickly plus yo get that satisfaction after a run like "man i am ###### gnar"
