Got new bearings need more?

Do I need to do anything more? Lube? Grease? Because when I spin my Zig Zags they don't spin as long as my older abec 5's with strikers?

Most new bearings have grease in them, and they don't spin that well at first.
Doesn't make them slow.
Once you've had them for a while the grease will mostly be pushed aside and they'll spin for longer.
Though that doesn't necessarily mean you'll go faster...

also the strikers might weigh more, depending on which zig's you've got.


You'll get nice results from a thin lubricant like tri-flow or sewing machine oil.
They will require a lot more maintenance though, as some of the oil gets spat out when they go fast.
