    Default Sliding wheels

So, right now Iv got 77mm 75a ABEC 11 Strickers and it's pretty damn hard to slide with em. So I was thinking about getting some new wheels, though I would still like wheels with a good amount of grip, anyone have any suggestions?

Those should be pretty decent at sliding, maybe just try and go faster and whip around harder..(Strikers discipline is mainly cruising and sliding)

yeah, but 75a is a very soft wheel. I'm interested in looking for a similar wheel to what ur looking for. have u though about getting harder duro strikers? Im thinking something like that for my next board (dervish) would be sweet, but I'm unsure.
    Any thoughts?

Now that u mention it, it was probably the speed cause right when I bend down at higher speeds I start to chicken out and wait till it gets slower, still there pretty soft wheels. But I was skating with a few friends, and some of em use short boards so I slided with one of em, god damn SOOOO much easier, haha. Also wat type of slide do u guys think I should start of with?

I was thinking of maybe some lime bigzigs, Bigzigs are said to be grippy and with a durometer of 83a the should be pretty hard.

They would be even harder to slide, the strikers have rounded edges making it easier to slide. I slide my 75a gumballs easily, you just have to get use to it, and go pretty fast to get a good slide.

84a Gumballs, harder duro strikers, 82a Fu Machus, Kryptonics, Orange or Lemon Zigs

Good wheels for cruisin and sliding. Skateboard wheels do slide nice but when you ride 94a+ Duro wheels it sucks for everything else.

Lime BigZigs are good to if thats what your looking for.

It really depends, what length board you have, how loose your trucks are, among other things, just try at a speed you are comfertable with and if that doesn't work you are going to have to step up a notch. There are videos on youtube just to see a speed comparison, but starting on a shortboard will help you out alot.. Pads are always a good idea, and it will make you less afraid to fall thus being comfertable going faster.
