some wheels have enough thane to cut full bushing depth out of.
Drill press, holesaw, Lathe if you're lucky.
You should be able to search up some good how-to's or just buy some from karrot.

karrot does it and im working on it. got my lathe setup. you dont need one, but still. search for "abec11bushings" and it'll come up. i have a set and they're the best bushing ive ever used. im really excited about making reflex bushings...

yes, he glues many bushings together around a plastic disc so you can use them as wheels, they're moar awesome than killer robots.
i read it once, i think you use a hole saw (measure out your bushing size), i think it was bout an inch give or take, then use a drill to create a hole in the center. 3/8 should work cuz that's how big kingpins generally are. search for it though cuz that was a very gross generalization.
