these are on sale at amazon for $23/set... anyone have any experience using these for sliding?

Not good. Urethane won't cope with sliding temps and tends to melt.

- Girl popsicle, one destructo and one thunder, blank wheels and ATM bearings.

- Sims Eric Nash, indy stage 6 159's, 62mm 95a 'bullets' from the 80's.

- Moose blank top mount cruiser, 9 X 40 with core trucks and 75a / 62mm vision wheels (also from the 80's..)

- Earthwing Corchia with indy 169's and (now flatspotted) slide A's/ bones.

Ya, I tried to slide a set of the SPF, no dice. They are seemingly only really good for what they are intended.

Yeah, same with STF and SPF`s too, that urethane just don`t slide well.
