Question Do EW 76mm Superballs ever slide???

So do the Earthwing Superballs 76mm 82a ever break in enough to slide (like the Orangatangs?)

Everything I've seen says they're extremely grippy. But the O'tangs were way grippy too before they're really really broken in. Then they give quite a bit.

Some skaters say they slide when the are broken in, but brand new, there pretty grippy. Your griptape will slide off the top of your deck before the wheels break. We are working on/testing several formulas, sizes, and shapes right now. You will like where we go with this. Brian Peck is really zoning in on what properties he thinks makes the best DH wheel, you may see some Earthwing "Superpecks" later on. hahaha

A 70mm 82a in the same shape as the 66mm and 76mm would be an awesome wheel.

Gee I sure hope EW doesn't make a 72-74mm version of the 70mm centerset superball. Especially not in an 84-86a duro. That would upset me terribly.

They will not slide before you break them in. However, after you've worn off the mold release and rounded the edges a little, they slide very smoothly.
