Are Bennett Alligators Guaranteed? Mine chunked...

Just got these a couple days ago. Went out for the first real ride today & about an hour in I noticed this:



Wasn't there when I un-wrapped them and NO I wasn't sliding, just pumping some flat asphalt at the beach.
It doesn't seem to affect the ride but damn, it doesn't seem right to have it chunked already. I can't even find any wheels on Bennet's site.
Anyone know if they guarantee these at all or who to contact?

As far as I know wheels aren't guaranteed against chunking. But that looks more like a bubble in the pour that popped.
So I agree speak to whomever you got them from.

longboarding is a sport where you are constantly breaking stuff. yourself, your board, your equipment. if you can't deal with that its not really for you. how long to you expect a new board to stay new. buying a board or a set of wheels doesn't mean you are buying a lifetime supply.

But... what? Is there anything else worth worrying about? Just keep an eye on them and when it does look like it'll affect the ride, then you'll have an issue to deal with.

who really cares, just ride them. That's super tiny blemish and won't matter in ride quality. I don't think anybody gurantees wheels from chunking just because there are meant to be thrashed.

bennetts are bubbly....looks like you were unlucky.

but the wheels are awesome and it shouldn't effect your riding

Yeah, I realize they're going to get thrashed, etc. but I was just a bit pissed as it seemed kinda soon for them to start falling apart.
Won't do me any good to contact the place I got them as I got them off eBay.
Oh well, I'm sure they'll be fine & for $30 shipped I'm still pretty happy.

basically the problem here is your expectations are too high. expect your stuff to fall to #### within 24 hours of opening the package. (that way you don't get dissapointed)
