Default 10mm bearing vibrations?

ok so i was cleaning my landy 10mm ceramics because they were crackling and going a little bit slow and when i took them out of the alcohol and spun them, some, actually most of them would vibrate to a near stop like there is too much play in them...

has anyone had any experience with this and can help figure out my problem? thanks

youre not supposed to spin them without lube
the alcohol takes away the lube

put some toothpaste in them, spin em a little, then wash out the toothpaste, then put the lube in them.

Put them in some wheels ... Any bearing will do that if spun with only fingers i have seen it with 8mm... and My 10mm landys....

just make sure there lubed and put it together,.... the wheel makes a big difference ..
