wobly wheel

ok so i just bought me a brand new set of gumballs
i set them up on my board and i was just playin with them

when i notice that one of the wheels was wobling and i have no idea what is wrong like i put in and took out the bearings like 10-15 times and it still wobbles idk what to do.

does anybody have a clue whats wrong?

Possible that's its a bad wheel, the hub could be off set causing a slight wobble. Best to call who ever sold them to you and ask them about a replacement.
