Question So there are these sector 9 wheels eh?

Anyways, I have always ridden either 3dm/seismic or retro/abec11 thane. My current mess around/freeride wheels are now flat spotted and conned up so its time for some new wheels.
I was going to buy some Otangs or Alligators and retire my Bigzigz to my freeride setup but that seems kinda stupid seeing my zigz are just starting to cone.
So I came across these sector 9 wheels which I can get for dirt cheap, I have no experience on s9 wheels except for a limited sesh on some race formulas. I have herd that there normally formula wheels are shitty so im looking for people with experience on these. Im not looking for a super grippy or fast wheel, primarily it needs to slide relatively smooth with consistent hook-ups.
Sorry for the cell phone pics, does anyone have any experience on any of these wheels?

I had a pair of the red goddess wheels for a while and I didnt like them that much they didnt have the drift or control i like to have and they started chunking and got cuts in them about a month into owning them, which should not have happened on a commuter board

Don't buy the Lipped 69mm ones, whatever you do. They chunk easily, are slow as hell, wear quickly and have a core that can become dislodged, utter garbage.

I'm skating a set of S9 Top Shelf wheels,72mm, 75 A. Very similar to that translucent white group in the center, which may be the Goddess of Speed.

Plush durable wheels, outstanding traction. I don't slide so can't give you feedback there. The Top Shelf has a profile similar to a slalom wheel. I compare them favorably with my Avalons, but I use them on my cruiser not my slalom boards.

red goddess don't drift. I have them on my commuter, they get the job done. Could be MUCH better though.

Avalons? Really? I had a set of those in 80a, they were white and slid amazing after they were broken in (and broken in a lot to get rid of that lip), would you be comparing the shape or the thane?

And yes those are Goddess of Speed wheels

i personally use them goddess of speed wheels and they slide predictably and grip really well for me.
I've broken them in a ton and they slide smoothly, and they break free pretty easy - fun for like standup slides and stuff.

Yeah I believe they are center set too so they should wear better, so right now I am considering those GOS or just dishing out the cash for some Alligators 'cause those are some nice wheels.

I have a set of the yellow ones and goddess in blue. I really like the goddess wheels, if you can fit them get them. The yelows are pretty grippy for dual radius wheels. Not bad, but GOSs are better. IMO.

I had some of those blue 70mm wheels and they are awesome for sliding once you break them in. They're noisy as hell but they slide really well and they don't wear too bad.

Sliding sucks on the topshelf 72mm's Their white urethane turns brown very quickly! Cores became dislodged on mine as well.

I have a set of the red 70mm's (look exactly like the ones in the bottom right pic) They drift pretty well from my experience.
