Something on my board is rattling when i turn, but i cant tell for sure what it is, i tightened my hardware as much as i safely felt i could, but i have 1/2'' (front) and 1/4'' (rear) soft risers and i think they might be compressing when i turn, letting the hraware rattle, but i dont think thats it. I think its my bearings, but i got no idea how to stop them. Im running biltins on 77mm Hawgz, and my nuts are tightened so there is probly 1/2 a mm (literally) of play (if i tighten them all the way they dont spin as freely), and when the wheel is off the axle and i look into the bearings, the built in spacers dont seem to be touching all the way, even though when i spin one bearing (with my finger) the other one spins to...
Anyone got any ideas whats goin on?
Tell me if you need anymore info
NOTE: I searched

How about a new question then... is a board supposed to make some noises, or should the only noise be 'thane rolling over pavement.?

Rattle is typically washers. solution tighten kingpin nut or swap bushings.
Loose hardware will most likely sound more like a pop.
A sloppy/loose pivot cup has a distinctive sound as well, though I cant quite describe it.
Check that your hardware is tight.
If the rattle sounds come while riding straight and go away when you turn...washer rattle - tighten kingpin.
If you hear a pop when turning check the pivot cup.
I think I know what sound you mean. I get that sometimes. If you turn for a while you can tell which wheel it is.
Often, I can make it stop by just removing the bearings and putting them back again.
Also, I can get it with brand new wheels and bearings, so it's not that your stuff is getting old.
I'd really like to know how to prevent it...
