They aren't going to be flush-mounted. At least I don't think they are. There were problems with some of the first gen flushmounts delaming. The 2nd gen fixed these problems. From my experience the nemesis has made quite a splash in the 1.5 years it has been out. At first there were a segment of people who hadn't rode it making fun of it. Then people who owned the deck started posting their impressions and that turned the tide of opinion. Now a lot of people have it and they love it, myself included.
Anyway, I would personally go for the nemesis. It is my favorite board out of any I have ever ridden. I have a friend who is 6'4" 200 lbs who can ride it no problem.
The switch looks cool, but like has been said before, it is too new to get solid information on it. If you're feeling brave go for the switch without the reviews. That is what I did with the nemesis and I've never looked back.
Any update on the flush mount question if i buy a nemisis over the next couple of months?....the Rayne site still says flush? thanx, rich
The new Nemes aren't flyshmounts. They haven't been since the 1st gen.
The people who are saying the Neme's platform is too small must have huge tucks. My back foot is 2-3" from the bend in tuck and I'm 6'3" and 175lbs.

Wow, this thread has really taken off. Also now we have the new Loki to consider. I just measured, and I have a 27'' ish euro tuck. I don't know if I should get a nemmy or a loki. Hows about yous?
