Keep it with the 35* plates, it's the OG Evo setup.

    +1.
The narrower hangers and the dead rear make it a downhill machine. You'll get great grip (for a lowered board) with lime Zigs or Bigzigs on those 160mm hangers.

    So I have two questions,

What year model is this deck? And, will 3" KP's be long enough for Venom barrels to fit these trucks?

    Thanks.
3" kp is good for the dh 35* bp
but for the R-II 50* if you get it you need 2.75" or it will be too long.

Trust me I've had to saw down 3 3" kp cause they were to long for the 50* plates

Thanks! Yessirr. It used to look like this:

I also want to put a Landyachtz sticker on it. Kinda like the Carbon Evo.

Haha thanks, I thought so too. I always have people asking about my bushing and bp setup so that is an easyer way to see it.
edit: I actualy just got rep for it! lol

The Edge... There is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.
The others- the living- are those who pushed their luck as far as they felt they could handle it, and then pulled back, or slowed down..bowed down. But the edge is still out there.

Really? My 2.75" KP in my 50* plate isn't long enough to fit two washers and two bushings on without either having the nut on too loose (rubber piece isn't holding the nut on) or the bushings being tightened down too much for my liking.

Gonna grab a couple 3" KPs tomorrow and some extra 2.75" KPs.

no, stop repeating your question over and over. 40* trucks sounds like a great plan and grab a good bunch of bushings to play with instead.

then if you don't like the stalkers even with good bushings you can swap out for better trucks and still have a bunch of bushings, instead of just having two sets of trucks with shitty bushings (randals and gullwings, say)

FWIW I think those trucks SHOULD (unless they're shitty and don't pivot or something) be pretty tits on your Evo. 40* trucks and 170mm width is a pretty good fit for that board.
