Super full race custom bell drop build/modification

I will modify your/mine bell drop for big bucks!
Yours-
to primer $200
to 1 color and clear $275
custom finish inquire.
supplied bell drop (must know size no returns!)
to primer $325
to 1 color and clear $400
custom finish inquire
Will include shipping and visor I am still working on.
This is very time consuming, many hours of block sanding ect and the materials are expensive!
Helmets are sold as display only (I have to say that so you can't sue me) as Bell will no longer waranty I am sure.
Before you flame me I am providing a step by step so you can do it yourself to follow.
Here is a pic of before and after. I am really slow on the computer so writing this up and down loading pics could take awhile!

First thing is dissassemble and tape off, rembering to tape off the backside of all holes then sand off decalls and rough up finish.

Next is to fill holes with 2 part foam (suppose you could use spray foam from a can but no guarunties)

Next shape the foam (sanding, I use a grinder and DA but could easily be done by hand)
Then apply epoxy resin over the foam, you need 2 coats, first layer soaks in quite a bit.
On the nose you add fiber glass, I use 5oz. This step alone takes about 8hrs with drying time.

know rough sand, any big imperfections I fill with long and strong (body filler with fiberglass strands) then use body filler (bondo)
then sand some more!

Alright, let me get this straight...

to order a customized bell drop through you (if you do not supply the helmet) is $400. That price includes a color change, the helmet, fiber glass over the chin and a face shield.
If you supply the helmet it costs $275 to get the same done.
The end result is what we see in your first picrure (the white helmet)

To get the helmet from you, you have to pay shipping.

Did I get that correctly?

Yes Justin you are correct! You could probably buy one on line and have it drop shipped to me so you are only paying shipping once!

Make a legit flippable face shield to go along with this and you will have more pm's than you know what to do with.

Its not cheap because of the time involved plus if you don't have access to the materials it is quite pricey to get them all especially for only one helmet.
I am just offering a service at what I think is a fair deal, I would rather you guys do it your self that is why I posted it as a how to...No secrets!
I get alot of info off here and just wanted to pass some on.
Lets see some pics of your helmets when your done!
Obviously you could use any helmet but I have read so much good about Bell drops that I ellected to use them as my base!
