I'm beggining to get into DH and i would love some new bearings. i love my old pleasure tools and i was wondering if they would work or be any good for DH.
for what its worth my setup is:
Landy Switch
Bear grizzleys
P-tangs inheats
any thoughts?

Hmm well I dunno how tall you are, but I find the switch platform a little too big for an evo-like tuck. maybe state your height?
I'd go for the orange inheats for downhill....you might want a tad more grip so you don't drift out too far.
Get stuff from MHS and you get free AND kickass bearings.

I'm 5'8 about 150lbs. and i already have everything in my set up and it works pretty well for me. the MHS bearings are deffinatly a option tho....if i don't want to spend the money.

Get the SEALED Abec 3's. $4.50 a set plus shipping. I ride these for DH (and everything else)
I just replace them when they get too gritty. Clean bearing = good bearing, and I find that a good cleaning can't always restore a thrashed bearing. Buy a few sets, and replace bearings one-by-one as they go out.
