true, but what I'm wondering is how people are able to run loose trucks along with 70 mm wheels without risers.

The Kahalani's are sick. I've always loved surfy trucks with soft bushings - tons of lean and lots of ankle control. I tried JimZ's for a bit and HATED them, trucks with sphericals are not for me at all. I knew the Kahalani's would fit my style. On a top-mounted deck, they're untouchable.

    Kebbek Ian Comishin
Randall Dh baseplates with r2 180 mm hangers
    Gumballs 75a
    Skf bearings
Kahalani reinforcement plates for the trucks.

Next purchase will hopefully be kahalani trucks with either a topmount fibretec or some other topmount.

The Kahalanis are absolutely amazing. They are better than I expected. They grip extremely well, and they turn great, while still being stable. No more pancaked bushings. They are an awesome investment if you have the money, and I highly recommend them. Also, the axles are very strong as well.
