oh, it sure is. it feels so smooth and i love the balance of grip and sliding ability that is provided by the lemons. definitely a fun one, the smoothcut is awesome.

just a question, i have seen griptape on the bottom of boards on a couple of boards and i have always pondered what it is for? I know people who put grip on the rails, but that is for the extra grip for standup slides, but what is the purpose for grip on the bottom of the board?
Skate.

Been riding the new Madrid now for a few weeks, & hitting a pretty good hill near me that starts with a mellow left hander & then swings into a very long & steep & quite fast (40 mph) righthander that just goes on & on before a 200 meter straight & then a sweet lefthander.....the verdict..? Its great, its a big board but, at the age of 40, & at 6ft 2" "I need a little extra wood!!".....back to the board...very stable, looong wheelbase, not too a severe concave, but it still locks your 'hoofs in, bushings are Kihro purple bottoms, with yellow inserts on the top, wheels are Lime Big Zigs.....sweet set up...(for me anyway).
