Epiphone LP standarts are nice, i compared em to real deal gibson lespaul standart, and the gibson sounded better, and felt better, but i don't think it was worth the 1500$ added to the price of the epi. I really don't. I ended up selling the epi and getting a ESP EC-1000 then i sold it and got nothing, im good with the 2 ibanez's i have =]

    yeah
it would probably feel weird, but theres nothing that looks like it!
And heck, if i don't like it for DH, itll be a sweet replacement for the cruiser i ride to school in all weathers, even in snow, and even wearing a pizza costume for the schools halloween costume contest, in which i won 2nd place!

    Congrats...I think?
To clarify: I think the board is kinda cool (in a way), just not something I'd use for DH. But then again, I've never ridden one............

    haha thanks.

And yeah, i mean, if i ever get it, which will be in like 1-2 months to get the money, then idk how much time to get it built and shipped. Then ill try it with some simple setup like randalls, with double barrels and some wheel i find laying round my garage.
If i like it its all gud, if i dont like it for DH, then itll just be a really awesome unique deck to ride around. I mean theres no other decks like it.

    The new DH setup!

Bought the voodoo from nsc1120, I really like it so far.

Put in some Wheel wells today. They help a TON with wheelbite.

Nice, same smokie setup as me. I never thought of using a voodoo as a dh deck because my experience with it is that it seems to small.

I love the voodoo so far. Really feel locked in with the rocker. The venoms in the smokies are great, but i have like 1mm of clearence (exageration) from the kingpin to the gound haha

Yeah they are. They're 78a, 71mm. I haven't had a chance to properly test them, but i had a set of 81a's a long time ago that i liked. I don't really remember how the rode exactly, i just remembered that I liked em and i found a good deal on them here. I've heard good things about them too.

Hopefully i can go out tomorrow and test out the setup some more.
