    Talking Re: your dh setup

Here are my DH set ups. The Subsonic Swift 42 Swift was very impressive, it reminded me of a dolphin hauling ass in front of a boat. Very comfortable runs. Great work Scott. Your Amigo Eddy Texas Oultaws/ Pavel Skates.
I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid. You're afraid of us. You're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world.. without you. A world without rules or controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible.

I remeber you used pogo baseplates in your earlier setup with the Avenger that's a topmount. I noticed that there's a the bottom of the baseplate is not flat but has a little "hump or step". SO how are you able to fit those baseplates on your topmount avenger?!!

aka cut up 1/2" soft risers. Even with the risers on the Avenger, the board rode lower than with Randal baseplates + no riser.

Kind of defeats the purpose of Pogo plates in the first place, though... they definitely ride better if you have them dropped into the deck. Pick up some JimZ plates if you're looking for a CNC'ed baseplate for a top mounted deck.

you could always just rout a channel in the deck. its not to hard. just a router and a steady hand

Do u think if u modded an avenger for drop thru purposes, would it work well with baseplates or be to low?

Avenger - pogos baseplate + wheels???

Read that thread. I agree with revzack, it'd be way too low.

^^Wow your going to buy a 650 dollar setup^^? Sounds like a great idea. And Belak I don't know why you are thinking of getting pogos when you don't even have a longboard yet.

Thank you. I am trying to convince him to maybe get one of those kracked skulls boards for real cheap but he ain't old enought to get a job yet. One question for ben, are they still making new episodes for aqua teen? I haven't seen that show in ahwile, but i really don't watch t.v. that much anyway.

Edit: is my avatar working? It isn't showing up on my computer.
