I'm not saying thats not something many people would say, but you used to ride a dropthrough.
I'm unaware of your motivation to switch, but krimes might have had a small bearing on it.

Its called a joke. I tried every style of speedboard before i came back to topmounts. I started on topmount. K-rimes decision's definitely affect people on this forum though.

The topmount choice is all my own however.
As cool as drop throughs are, I like the traction I get from topmounts and the response too.

Randal RII - pretty sure the axles are bent...:
---front- Chaput'z Stimz - 88a
---rear- JimZ Stimz (double bottoms) - 80a
85mm Kryptos & Reds - spaced and cranked down as tightly as possible

88a front and 80a rear may sound quite odd, but I've found it to be just about perfect. Lots of rebound in front and not so much from the back. Tested it up to 40mph tonight and it was niiiiice.

The black spot on the top bushing is because the Strikers I used to make the bushings were dyed black.

I set this up so that it would ride like a Motion DH. The deck is inline with the truck spacer so its basically just dropthrough. I get tons of traction like a topmount and at fourty mph the deck still seems well in control. 76mm 75a flys
