thanks man. I love the lemon zigs, fun wheels for dh, especially if I want to slide!!! and they are BADASS slalom wheels, I used lemons at hood river and Us Nationals for GS, Hybrid, and Tight. Love any zig wheel, especially the limes.
they are 50 degree randal 180s

double!
yes if you have the 8-ply that is. im not sure if all the hairpins were made 8-ply but mine is. depends how heavy you are. i weigh 210 and it flexes a little stationary but when i get riding it just dampens a little. im pretty gonna fiberglass it or im willing to make it look uber cool ill get somebody to carbon fiber that biiitch haha

84a isnt to hard. I ride lemon zig zags and purple otangs and theyre 83a. But when gumballs are broken in they dont hold traction as well as other wheels. i love my zig zags! always hold well and have a predictable slide.
so i guess for you joker try the gumballs for a bit, if you like them and make them work whos to tell you theyre bad? but if they are too drifty check out something with a more squared lip like zig zags, big zigs, or otangs.

66 lemon zigs
height: 3.5" at lowest
wb: 34"
this board is like a sidewalk at speeds. probably due to the wheelbase being stretched out by the indy. it doesnt have the sharpest radius, but it feels super responsive. the rear feels similar to a low angle rev kp truck, but different in a good way. i believe this has something to do with the pivot axis being so far away from the front. i will probably keep this setup to be my higher speed board 40+
oh yeah its also super low <4 inches high at the top of the concave in the middle so the lowest point of the board is probably <3.5" off the ground.
I encourage anyone with a topmount who wants a longer wb setup to try this. it feels raaad.
ps i started a new thread to not clutter this one with discussion
indy as a rear dh truck w/ pics
Sweet setup I think that comet came out of the closet in 2009 great company

I think the Randal black bushings are pretty awesome as well. I weigh 220, and they work well for me cupped on higher angle plates and/or restrictive hangers as an excellent all-around bushing. Currently have a barrel/cone thing in a pool setup with Ace 66s, and 4 barrels on a set of Crails on a topmount speedboard.
