sooo no one i know locally has a bomb hills and i've been doing research and i kinda wanted to know if it flexes at all. even a little bit.

ive been reading that its not 100% stiff (as in rock hard) and for most of you who have it and disagree with what i just said you're probably not over 200 lbs.

just wondering because my hairpin was 8ply and so is the bombhills so i just wanted confirmation

I weigh a bit over 250 and my cut bombhills has a bit of flex It is very slight. I am not sure how much it flexed when at its full length. I would imagine just a bit more. It is not flexy enough to be a problem, it just has a slight dampening effect.

mine used to be but I have discovered a difference between static flex when I'm jumping up and down on the board while not rolling and dampness which is the boards ability to absorb road noise while I'm ridding. As long as a board doesn't twist on me I don't mind a little flex giving me a more comfrtable ride

    Like swisschez said...

Having steering in the back doesnt make you wobble... being a noob does. Since I am no such thing, I don't have to worry about that.

The "awesome" comes from the fact that when you dive into turns, the back swings out and stays there even when you're railing it. You would hate it if you're used to running wedge/dewedge, but if you're into flat setups it just amplifies what makes flat setups awesome.
