general shape is similar, but despite what the pics describe the concave is much more noticeable and yes there is slight wedging/dewedging front and rear.

Is the top veneer stained? it seems pretty dark for maple and it doesnt really look like bamboo either... maybe its just the light.

not the light, its Butternut veneer on top. looks really good actually, but Pete said he wasn't sure if it was just gonna be a one off thing or not.

yep, butternut veneer top. the external veneers all come down to availability at the time. ideally we would like some canadian maple, but its pretty damn impossible to come across here in the sizes we need.

the deck is somewhat based off the design of the nemesis. it has a slightly longer platform, more pronounced concave, tighter bends, and a +/- 8 degree wedging.

ohh yeah, took them out the next day and thrashed them, hit sandia crest run in the fog and rain, and then hit indian school with a mad tailwind, probably hit 40-45 in it, and the trucks feel awesome, thanks a lot
