    custom 5280 board, luge hangers on 35 degree plates, front wedged to 39 back to 3, jim z bottom bushing with blue radikal top, rockin rons ceramics with reds in the hangers, 3dm avilas.

    that's an old idea. we were riding trimmed avilas for downhill in 2003.

    but then i decovered flywheels! that's something else... kind of unbeatable...

    I guess lipped avilas is a bad idea. I'll look into blast waves or speedvents as well...I already have a set of 83mm 81a flys

    I dunno, I've never really been a huge fan of flywheels for some reason. my wheel quiver includes Trimmed avalons, trimmed avilas, hot spots, and speed vents 77 and 85mm. and blast waves soon!

    I've never been speedboarding in my life, but if I had to choose a budget downhill truck, I wouldn't choose R2s.

    true that. Trucks don't matter. Speedboarding is all mental. I went close to 50 with my back truck wedged accidentaly.

    R2s or crails are just very good downhill trucks... just change the bushings...
    Before I didnt know ANYTHING about skateboarding gear and I sincerely thought that Indys 215 were the most AMZING and stable ever made lol
