Re: your dh setup
My new favorit set up for DH, and some freeride:
Comet Voodoo XL
Indy 215's set on Royal plates, 93a/88a barrels
Otang 80a 4pres
reds with spacers
Shock pad
No wheel bite, solid as #### at speed, and i can finally throw around switch stand up 180's on it. Although if I jumped on the side of it hard, I could hit wheel bite, so I even put dremeled wheel wells in it.

Haha I was also wanting to know on a different thread. You should post up a review as alot of people such as myself that are looking into precisions are really into these trucks and just need to see that other people like them more than any cast iron or other precision truck.

Thanks, it was such a nice morning skating my old Jailbait and then Rob Dahm showed up with two beautiful boards, my Jailbait and Orion's Deeznutz....didn't take me long to switch everything over and I was back out for another 2 hours of skating, I wrote a review of the board which I posted in the Sodafactory thread if anyones interested

I'll address drop through Indy's/Cindy's first because a lot of people have set views about conventional trucks vs reverse kingpin trucks. With the same wheels conventional trucks are looser/driftier than reverse kingpin trucks. This is really noticeable with drift wheels less so grippy wheels IMO. That said I've been skating Indy's for about 27 years so they feel natural to me. Dropped through there is a spot of stability that isn't there topmounted. Cindy plates add a bit more control going through turns.
ReGrippins: I like them a lot I stepped down to them from BZ's they are lighter and have less momentum than my BZ's. I can certainly feel that lose of momentum on hills with long straights. On the other hand, I didn't notice much loss in grip when I switched, this includes high speed turns that reward railing. They have a sizable contact patch which I'm sure contributes to this. The drift/let-go feels like something between 66mm and 70mm Zigs though it takes a conscious decision to make the let go they won't surprise you the way BZ's sometimes do
