Hellcat and Maguns - Racing and high speed roads as well as Mt. Baker.
Avenger and JimZ's - Gripping roads.
Hellcat and Smokies - Need more time to tell what it's for.
Demonseed and JimZ's - All around commuter. Stand up slides abound!
why dont you use the dseed for highspeed roads and racin? Because it is a lower board than the hellcat and you have 35deg trucks on it instead of 45deg on the hellcat. Just curious
actually the hellcat is really almost the same height as the demonseed. Plus it probably has a little more grip as well.
???..
The DS has a 1" drop + drop through mounts, how could they be *almost* the same height?
Maybe if you are comparing Hellcat w/Maguns 70mm wheels to DS with Randal/Crail height with 75mm+ wheels but as for actually mounting same wheel/truck set up on both boards it's impossible for them to be *almost* the same height
my demonseed with bears and 80mm kryptos is just about the same height as my hellcat with maguns and zig zagz. How low does a board have to be?
no one said anything about the board having to be LOW, i was only responding to your statement of them being the same height, which imo seems physically impossible unless your depth perception is off lol.
but yeah it's not a flush mount which makes the board 1"+ baseplate height lower than the Hellcat when given the same set up, and again imo is a pretty big difference in ride height
trust me, they are extremely close in height. maybe like 1/4" of an inch max in difference. Have you ever even seen a set of maguns. They are low as hell!

lol bro like i said before GIVEN the same set up, i realize the Maguns are low i credited that in my first response..
it's misleading to preach them being almost identical in height when you are running two completely different set-ups on both boards.. alright, i'm done talking about this now
yeah ur right in that respect and i know they aren't the same height. But damn they are rediculously close.
People think that to commute nowadays you have to have a board less than 1 inch off the ground, or your knees and calves are going to turn to stone and crack off.
